In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Use of the 333f platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 333f applies a minimum age threshold of 21 years consistent with responsible gaming standards for the Indonesian market, where this age threshold is widely recognized as appropriate for gambling activities.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under the laws applicable to your place of residence or current location. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 333f is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, professional, or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not registered on, or subject to, any self-exclusion list, cooling-off period, or problem-gambling restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee or officer of 333f or its affiliates.
• You understand and acknowledge that 333f does not provide legal advice and that accessing the platform from Indonesia is at your own risk and discretion, given the legal ambiguity surroundi ng online gambling under Indonesian law.

To access the Services, you must register a single account on the 333f platform. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identity document, a valid and actively monitored email address, your date of birth, and your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. You must notify 333f promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team at [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 333f will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 333f will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

3.4 Non-Transferability

Your 333f account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. Any attempted transfer or sale of an account will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of the account balance.

All financial transactions on the 333f platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits into and withdrawals from your 333f account:

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

333f accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier section. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) are typically credited to your account within five to fifteen minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited within two to five minutes. 333f is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's own banking institution or e-wallet provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility and Processing

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification (see Clause 8). Withdrawal requests submitted before 15:00 WIB on a business day are generally processed within the same calendar day. Requests submitted after 15:00 WIB or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. 333f reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusual transaction patterns.

4.4 Withdrawal Method Consistency

Withdrawals must be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the corresponding deposit was made, unless you contact support and complete an additional verification step to authorize an alternative withdrawal destination. This policy is maintained to prevent money laundering and unauthorized account access.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary based on your account tier, KYC status, and historical transaction patterns. 333f reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments across multiple business days at its discretion.

333f offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum bet per spin or round while a wagering requirement is active are stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to satisfy the wagering requirement within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

333f employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially, and exploiting technical errors or system glitches. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.

5.3 Eligibility Restrictions

Certain promotions are restricted to Players in specific account tiers, Players who have completed KYC verification, or Players who have not previously claimed a particular bonus type. 333f reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.

5.4 Promotional Codes

Where a promotion requires a promotional code, the code must be entered at the time of deposit or as specified in the promotion terms. Retroactive application of promotional codes after a qualifying deposit has been made will not be accepted.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 333f platform. Specific rules for individual game types — including sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slot games — are set out in the relevant game-specific rules pages accessible within the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement and Settlement

A bet is considered placed and binding only once confirmed by the 333f system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. 333f reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, pricing error, or data feed malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance without interest.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia matches — are governed by the sports betting rules applicable to each market type. Asian handicap markets (voor bola) and accumulator betting (mix parlay) are subject to additional specific rules regarding void selections, partial voids, and maximum payout caps per ticket, which are displayed within the sportsbook section.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed studios are subject to the rules enforced by the respective studio dealer and game host. In the event of a disconnection during an active live game round, 333f's system will attempt to record and settle the round based on the game outcome. If settlement cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6.4 Slot Games and RNG Products

All slot and RNG-based games offered on the 333f platform use independently certified random number generation systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are disclosed in the game information panel. 333f does not modify RTP settings below the values certified by the game provider's regulatory approval.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333f platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under aliases.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by 333f.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports corruption, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any coordinated manipulation of betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker or other competitive game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Charging back deposits processed via payment methods after using the corresponding funds for gaming activity ("chargeback fraud").
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333f staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

333f is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free platform. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is a mandatory requirement for all Players prior to processing their first withdrawal and may be required at any other point during the account lifecycle at 333f's discretion.

8.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC verification requires the following documents: a government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or SIM driver's license); proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence showing your registered address); and, where required, proof of payment method ownership (a photograph of your bank card or a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your registered name).

8.2 Processing Time

333f aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete set of valid documents. Complex reviews requiring additional verification steps may take up to five business days. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is completed.

8.3 Failure to Verify

If a Player fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of being requested, 333f reserves the right to close the account and return the verified deposit balance (net of any bonus amounts) to the original payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

All content available on the 333f platform — including but not limited to the 333f brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and audio-visual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 333f or its licensed third-party game providers and studios. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any platform software; use the 333f brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization; or create derivative works based on any 333f content.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and other studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own licensing terms. 333f is licensed by these studios to make their content available through the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333f excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following categories:

• Gaming losses: 333f is not liable for any money lost as a result of placing bets or playing games on the platform. All gaming involves inherent financial risk that is accepted by the Player.
• Technical failures: 333f is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection interruptions, software errors, data feed delays, or force majeure events, provided that 333f takes commercially reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.
• Third-party services: 333f is not liable for the conduct, errors, or failures of third-party payment processors, game studios, streaming infrastructure providers, or telecommunications networks.
• Unauthorized access: 333f is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Indirect losses: In no event will 333f be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages, regardless of the cause of action or the form of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 333f's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may terminate the Player's account and this Agreement at any time, subject to the following conditions:

11.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 333f account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Clause 4. If you have an active self-exclusion in place, please refer to the Responsible Gaming page for the applicable closure procedure.

11.2 Termination by 333f

333f reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; the Player's account presents an unacceptable risk under 333f's anti-money-laundering or responsible gaming policies; or the Player fails to complete mandatory KYC verification within the required timeframe.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause attributable to Player misconduct, 333f reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where termination is not attributable to Player misconduct, 333f will return the verified real-money balance to the Player's last registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any sums legitimately owed to 333f.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333f holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players accessing the platform from Indonesia acknowledge that 333f operates as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform and that Indonesian domestic gambling regulations may not provide a legal framework for the resolution of disputes with offshore operators. By using the platform, you accept these jurisdictional limitations and agree to submit any claims through the dispute resolution process outlined in 333f's dispute resolution procedure, details of which are available from our support team.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

333f reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 333f will notify registered Players by email to their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 11.1 before the effective date of the amendment. 333f recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.
